As we continue to monitor developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), STOLADI Property Group recognizes that some of our clients and buildings may be impacted by the this global pandemic. As always, our focus is the well-being of our clients, tenants, employees and the communities we serve as well as the buildings and properties we manage.  We are committed to taking all necessary steps to avoid potential disruptions of service and have developed business continuity plans for all building operations.  Precautions already implemented in all STOLADI-managed buildings include increased frequency of replacing air filters as well as increased frequency of cleaning common areas and surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, and restroom counter tops, to name a few.

We continue to share health and wellness information with our employees and tenants, including prevention tips from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and translate those into actions at our managed properties.
