May-June 2009

STOLADI PROPERTY GROUP successfully renews 4 separate tenants totaling 18,560 SF at STOLADI PROPERTY GROUP owned buildings as well as third party leased/managed facilities.

April 2009

STOLADI PROPERTY GROUP signs up the Alaskan Pipeline Consortium at 1717 H Street for 14,711 SF on a 5 year lease. Tenant representation was handled by Cushman & Wakefield, while landlord representation was handled exclusively by STOLADI PROPERTY GROUP.

February-March 2009

STOLADI PROPERTY GROUP signs up the US Border Patrol at 1717 H Street for 70,000 SF on a 10 year lease. Tenant representation was handled by Cushman & Wakefield while landlord representation was handled exclusively by STOLADI PROPERTY GROUP.

January 2009
