Efficiency Control

There’s a lot more to energy efficiency than applying standardized equations. When we at Stoladi manage a property, we mitigate high energy costs by using our sophisticated and complete Energy Audit System to track the boundary energy sources of the building. We convert this information to BTUs, compare numbers to heating/cooling degree days and KWH costs within the immediate market and provide an accurate performance ratio. This, in turn, allows us to calculate demand and time-of-use data to establish an efficiency program specifically tailored to the building’s unique needs. We provide results of our system in every monthly report.
