Stoladi’s Courtesy Service Ambassador program goes far beyond standard services, offering tenants an in-lobby Ambassador capable of fulfilling a wide array of concierge services. Every Ambassador is a management employee rather than a contract provider, ensuring loyalty and commitment to standards while also eliminating any conflicts of interest with respect to monetary performance. In fact, our Courtesy Service Ambassador program is complimentary to all tenants and is not a profit center for the property. This allows our Ambassadors to enhance the quality of every property and build a professional rapport with tenants, creating a congenial atmosphere that promotes goodwill towards ownership while improving tenant retention. Customized for each property, the Courtesy Service Ambassador program reflects the size and marketing objectives of the property. If suitable, we can even provide the Ambassador services from an off-site location to reduce associated costs while still offering a desirable amenity. Additionally, a reduced version of the program can be implemented by Stoladi’s marketing manager, offering regular newsletters and the scheduling of tenant events. With the full Courtesy Service Ambassador program, services include everything from helping tenants arrange airport transportation to securing reservations to the planning of regular building events including art exhibits, health fairs, social receptions and more. Services are offered to all tenants with executives of each company offered preferential services through The Medallion Club.
