Washington, DC— February 2012. STOLADI Property Group has recently been awarded the property management assignments of 1800 Duke Street, 330 John Carlyle Street, 1200 U Street, 127 S. Peyton, and a leasing assignment at Gallery Row, 409 7th Street. Built in 1997, the 1800 Duke Street location is an office and retail space totaling 80,000 sq. ft. and houses the Society of Human Resource Management along with 330 John Carlyle Street location. 330 John Carlyle Street location was built in 2001 and is 79,000 sq. ft, for a grand total of 159,000 sq. ft.
1200 U Street houses the Public Welfare Foundation and totals 30,000 sq. ft.. 127 S. Peyton Street is houses the national Insurance Agents Association and totals 32,000 sq. ft. The leasing assignment at Gallery Row involves back filling the entire office component of the building once a division of the FBI lease expires.
