Stoladi provides 1717 H Street with such services as annual budget preparation, monthly financial reporting, expense reconciliations, HR for all property staff including hiring and firing, competitive bidding of all subcontractors, review and oversight of all R.E. tax appeals, monthly inspections and reports to owners, utility review and analysis, oversight of all energy reduction programs, training all engineers and the property staff, handling all “normal” repairs and maintenance, handling VAV repairs and maintenance pertaining to locks, keys, plumbing, snaking of lines and minor electrical.
The Stoladi Difference
Stoladi has spearheaded 1717 H Street’s energy initiatives, entering the property in Energy Star and receiving a 65% rating. Currently, Stoladi is managing a total building lighting upgrade with expectations that implementation will result in a 50% reduction of light consumption and a reduction of 30% in HVAC consumption. We anticipate achieving a 75% Energy Star rating by year’s end.
